R-Företagen provides services and products that promote and uphold ethics and sound values in workplaces. We measure, analyze, guide, validate, and educate, as well as develop new tools.

Our co-workers
Henrik Nilsson
Henrik is a civil engineer by training and a co-owner of the company. He has solid expertise in product development, innovation management, and working with corporate cultures. Henrik is passionate about helping others and works with product development, conducts company assessments and analyses, gives lectures, leads training sessions, and meets with clients.
Emanuel Woodhouse Schmit
Emanuel works with new client acquisition and business development. He has over seven years of experience supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in growth and innovation processes, as well as in sustainability initiatives based on ISO 26000. Emanuel holds a master’s degree in Strategic Entrepreneurship and is driven by creating sustainable business value through close collaboration with clients.
Jenny Mollung
Jenny works in leadership, organizational development, and change management. She has experience leading operations in complex environments, both at operational and strategic levels. She engages with clients in development initiatives, leads training programs, and delivers lectures. She is driven by making complex challenges more manageable and helping organizations reduce friction and achieve greater effectiveness.
Anna Lindgren
Anna has worked in HR for many years and is driven by developing people, processes, and organizations. She enjoys creating structure and contributing to quality. Through surveys and other methods, she helps companies gain the information they need to understand and develop their operations. She enjoys meeting clients and building strong relationships.
Petter Ekerbring
Petter is a co-owner and CEO. He has solid expertise in IT, ethics, and values, along with a big heart and a strong sense of order. Petter works with finance, administration, as well as product and software development.
Leif Alvgard
Leif is the founder of R-Företagen and is considered its grand old man. He has solid knowledge of ethics and values and is passionate about engaging with people. Leif visits companies, gives lectures, and leads training sessions.
