The importance of leadership for an organization cannot be overstated. Good leaders are driven by inner values that have a positive impact on those around them.
This training is aimed at managers at all levels and anyone in a leadership role.
Participants work with their values and driving forces and gain valuable insights and tools for leading through values.
The purpose of the training is to develop good leadership, where participants learn to lead an organization through values.
The training lasts about 4 hours and consists of lectures and group-based workshops.
It is ideally conducted in connection with an leadership survey, which provides the opportunity to tailor the content based on identified development areas.
