We assess managers based on eight different qualities and compile the results in a report that clearly shows strengths and weaknesses for each individual manager.

You will also receive a summary report that provides an overall picture of the company’s leadership.
All employees, except the top manager (CEO), answer questions about their immediate manager.

The results are presented in report form and during an oral review, where we also provide advice and recommendations.

A good and mature leader is often aware of their areas for development and open to feedback on their leadership.
