An Ethical Quality Survey (EKM) is a tool that provides a clear picture of the current corporate culture and how well the leadership functions.
The survey is scientifically developed, and the subsequent analysis contains extensive comparative data from companies in the same industry and of similar size.

After completing the survey, you will receive:

• A response report
• An analysis report
• An oral review with advice and recommendations for continued development

An EKM is included in the company validation process for ethical quality mark (R-license) but can also be carried out independently.

R-Companies have extensive experience conducting surveys in companies and offer several ready-made sets of questions.
If you wish to add your own questions – for example, on a specific aspect important to your company – this can easily be done in connection with another survey. Just let us know, and we will arrange it.
