Ethics & Attitude

Ethical quality mark

The R-license serves as confirmation of a genuine, values-driven approach in which the company respects and values its employees, customers, and suppliers—and consistently acts with their best interests in mind.

The R-license is an ethical quality mark that demonstrates a company’s commendable ethics and attitude, confirming it as a trustworthy and reliable business partner. It serves as confirmation of a genuine, values-driven approach in which the company respects and values its employees, customers, and suppliers—and consistently acts with their best interests in mind.

To obtain an R-license, a company undergoes a business validation. Approval requires meeting rigorous standards for ethics and accountability—standards that, unfortunately, not all companies meet today.

R-license holders stand for:

  • Being ethical and principled companies – with a clear respect for what is right and wrong.
  • Conducting trust-based business – where sound ethics form the foundation of all actions.
  • Valuing responsible and caring relationships – characterized by mutual respect and consideration.

What does it mean to be an R-license holder?

An R-license holder commits to adhering to seven guiding principles outlined in a shared ethics policy. This provides assurance to employees, customers, and partners, as an independent party monitors and evaluates the company’s compliance.

The license holder also receives ethics training, referred to as anchoring seminar.

As a licensee, the company receives support and clearly defined frameworks to establish a strong, values-driven foundation, as well as tools to preserve and further develop its corporate culture. Support is also provided to help communicate the company’s ethical standards to customers and partners. Licensees gain access to training resources, dedicated marketing materials, and opportunities for advisory support in ethics and leadership.

Follow-ups are carried out through periodic surveys among employees, enabling continuous monitoring of the company’s development. These surveys provide valuable analyses, along with concrete insights, guidance, and recommendations.

Driving positive change in society

R-license holders seek to promote a business climate defined by ethical companies, trust-based business practices, and responsible relationships. Through a principled and ethical approach, license holders contribute to strong corporate cultures and positive societal development.
