Periodic Survey (PM) is a recurring survey for all R-license holders, aimed at tracking and analyzing how the corporate culture develops and changes, as well as how well the ethics policy is functioning.

The survey is based on the Ethical Quality Survey (EKM), which provides a clear picture of the prevailing culture in the organization.
The results are compared with extensive empirical data from companies in the same industry and of similar size, making the analysis both relevant and comparable.

After completing the survey, you will receive:

• Response report with the results from the survey and changes over time.
• Analysis with comparisons and conclusions
• Oral review with advice and recommendations for the future

Own Questions (EF) – tailor your survey

We have extensive experience conducting surveys in various companies and offer ready-made sets of proven questions.
Sometimes there may be a need to supplement with your own questions that are particularly relevant to your operations – for example, to capture opinions about an ongoing change or a specific project.

It is perfectly possible to add your own questions in connection with another survey – just let us know, and we will arrange it.
