Being able to present an ethical license certificate, issued by an independent party, is therefore highly valuable. This is where business validation and the R-license come into play.
In a company validation, we conduct an independent review and validation of your company.
We measure the company culture and examine the leadership to identify any weaknesses and shortcomings. We review and evaluate the company’s core values and policies, if such documents exist. A background check of the company’s finances is conducted, along with an assessment of the company’s overall suitability. At the same time, other business owners are asked whether any obstacles to recommendation exist.
The results of the company validation are presented in a response report and an analysis report. After the validation, an oral presentation is held where the results are presented to the management, along with a proposed development plan if the company qualifies and chooses to proceed with an R-License.
R-License
The R-License is an ethical quality label that identifies companies with an ethical approach.
An R-License is confirmation of a genuine and sincere commitment to valuing and caring for employees, customers, and suppliers, always keeping their best interests in mind. It identifies a company that actively wants to work with and highlight ethics within its organization. The “R” in the license mark stands for “Recommended Company.”
As an R-License holder, one commits to following a 7-point ethics policy. The R-License is issued by R-Företagen and can only be obtained after completing an approved business validation.
Company Validation for Small Businesses
There is also a Company Validation - Special edition for small businesses with 1–3 employees. Here, the CEO is interviewed, and the company is recommended through business references that can verify its ethical conduct.
